Location: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MD 

 

Schedule: 32-40 hours per week, including Tuesdays from 10:30 am-7 pm. The remaining days can be 7:30 am-4 pm or 8:30 am-5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions
  • Provide individual counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and care teams.

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with departmental and regulatory standards.

  • Leverage a strong network of community and regional resources to support patient needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work required, but a Master's preferred
  • Must hold one or more of the following Licensures/Certifications- LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, or LCADC
  • 1 year of experience in providing social work or counseling services in a clinical substance abuse setting
