    The Program Coordinator will coordinate and manage department programs within JHACH strategic plan, as well as key Councils, Committees and/or Boards.  Program development, implementation and continuous departmental improvement will be created through budget/financial preparation, executive reports and presentations.

    Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of key institutional committees/work groups to foster cohesiveness

    Coordinates and execute project management system, database, and documents to track metrics and time-lines to manage requests and assist leadership.

    Performs administrative tasks as requested by various leaders to create efficiencies with the department.

    Develop and maintain materials including web-based information to promote education and departmental awareness

    Prepares executive reports, coordinate and provide training to support staff.



    Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in program management, coordination of activities and/or operational activities.

    Proficiency in full Microsoft office suite.
