    Responsibilities

    Provides administrative support and coordinates community health education programs and projects for JHACH's office of Community Relations.  Possesses strong communication skills, hight attention to details, and can be relied upon for dependable and consistent work output.  Knowledgeable of department's practices and work processes to provide internal clerical support and assistance while interacting externally.  Coordinates the provision of office and staff services and oversees or participates in the coordination and completion of special projects or events.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Associate's degree. 

    2 years administrative level experience with project coordination and database management experience.

    Proficiency in full Microsoft office suite and excellent writing, grammar, spelling and communication skills.

    Willing to receive instructor certification to teach community programs as appropriate.
