Responsible for answering and directing all specialty clinic telephone calls to ensure patient safety. Accurately schedule, register and support multiple hospital clinic and departments. This position works collaboratively with other members of the health care team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner resulting in both patient and physician satisfaction.
Associates degree in health field or equivalent classes toward Bachelor's degree in the health field.
Three years of similar access line experience or medical office experience in health care.
