WORK LOCATION- ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for communicating the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) brand to external and internal audiences across digital platforms. This is accomplished through a high level of research, writing, editing and maintaining content for hospital and affiliated Internet and Intranet web sites. Working within the content management system, this position collaborates with vendor content experts, internal and external copy writers, marketing liaisons, graphic artist and department staff to develop content that is timely, relevant and reliable.
4 years relevant experience in digital content creation
Experience in digital communications, marketing, public relations, or related field
Excellent computer skills and the ability learn and use new software and technology
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior management, physician, trustees, and community representatives
Good understanding of digital marketing principles including content strategy, distribution and execution
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar skills
Ability to meet tough deadlines and juggle multiple projects
