    Under the direction of the Human Resources Operations Director, administers the Health Systems' compensation programs, ensuring consistent application of salary administration policy and procedures.


    • Responsible for maintaining and creating competitive salary structures.
    • Responsible for the evaluation of all new and updated pcd's in the organization. As well as updating and creating any policies related to compensation.
    • Responsible for calculating all new hire and internal transfer offer rates.
    • Completes annual market adjustment reviews.
    • Completes all verification's of employment.
    • Participates in committees and special assignments.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
    • CCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 years of compensation, financial analysis, or related experience is required.
    • Familiarity with laws and regulations associated with fair labor standards, veterans' preference and affirmative action.
    • Extensive experience with Excel formulas, formatting and general use is also required.
    • Detailed oriented, self-directed and adaptable to change.
    • Project Management skills are a must.
