This position is responsible for the performance of complex legal assistant and administrative duties for the Senior Counsel and the Associate Counsel such as document preparation, exhibit preparation, supporting multiple projects, drafting and typing complex and general correspondence for attorney work product, organizing and compiling corporate documents and due diligence materials, managing attorney files and electronic document storage system, relaying sensitive and confidential information and responding to client requests for information.


  • Requires an Associate degree. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with redlining documents, document preparation, contracts, licensing agreements, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication skills; previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant required.
  • Experience with practice group handling IT and Commercial transactions is preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm or in house legal department or a combination thereof, with a significant portion of such experience being in a sophisticated, transactional environment.
  • Requires organizational ability to maintain attorney files, create documents, assemble documents, exhibit preparation and indexing.
  • Requires high attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, and adaptability to a quickly changing environment.
  • Requires level of English to read and write business and legal correspondence.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
